When
should I book my Jump birthday party?
As soon as possible! It is not uncommon for us to sell out 6 to 8 weeks in advance.
The sooner you book your child's birthday party, the more likely you will get the date and time you want. |
How
do I reserve a birthday party at JUMPnasium?
It’s easy! Reservations can be made online for both PRIVATE birthday parties and Open
Bounce or by calling us at 973-808-1700 or by stopping in. We want
to make your special day easy to book. We require a $100 nonrefundable deposit when making
reservations for parties. The balance of your birthday party will be due the day of your
party. Weekends book up quickly. |
How
much advance notice do you need?
We recommend at least 30 -60 days notice to be sure you get your preferred time slot,
however, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute party requests. We highly
recommend weekday birthday parties to help you save money. Before booking, you
are welcome to visit us during an Open Bounce to
see everything JUMPnasium has to offer. |
How
do I know you received my e-reservation?
We will send you and e-confirmation and follow up with a personalized phone call. |
What
form of payment does JUMPnasium accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Discover and MasterCard as payment options. |
What
if I cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 14 days prior to
the event, we allow you to reschedule. We always do our best to accommodate special
situations. |
Can
I bring in food or drinks?
JUMPnasium does not allow any outside food or beverages to be brought
in to the facility.

How
many guests can I invite?
It will depend on which package you booked. The party child is always free. Our JUMBO JUMP allows up to 25 guests and the MINI JUMP 15
guests. (Remember, the party child is FREE!) The maxium number of children is 40. |
Does
JUMPnasium provide invitations?
Yes we do. We offer FREE full-color invitations as part of your PRIVATE birthday party package.
Please come and pick them up at any time or download them directly from our web
site. |
What
happens if more additional children come to the party?
Our party rooms actually hold up to 40 children. You will be charged additional for each child that is not included in your party package. |
When
should I tell everyone to arrive?
Everyone, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes
before the scheduled party time. JUMPnasium puts a premium on
safety and we need to collect waivers and review our safety rules with everyone
before the party starts. Please do not arrive more then 10 minutes early because
other parties may be in session. |
Do
I need to stay at the party?
The parents of the party child must stay and the other parents are welcome to
stay and enjoy the fun! |
Are
socks required to jump?
Yes. Socks are required for the guests’ safety while in the arena while they are bouncing. We also have
socks to purchase in case someone forgets their socks. |
How
should guests dress for the activities at JUMPnasium?
Our PRIVATE 13,000 square foot facility is climate-controlled so you should be comfortable.
However your party will be an active event, so dress in casual and comfortable
clothing, but remember to WEAR SOCKS! You'll be sliding, jumping,
bouncing, and having a lot of fun, so dress accordingly. Please avoid short shorts
because you will be sliding down slides. |
Will
JUMPnasium provide us with help during our party?
Absolutely! You will be assigned your own JUMPnasium PARTY COACH TEAM that
will help with the check- in procedure, be available for any questions during
the jump, help any child that need assistance on a ride, help with your pizza and cake and will also help carry your presents
out to your car! |
Does
JUMPnasium help with the set-up and clean-up of the party room?
Absolutely! We will set up the entire room and clean after you leave. The
JUMPnasium experience is designed to insure that YOU enjoy your special
occasion! |
Are
streamers or confetti permitted in the party rooms?
As part of our commitment to a full-service, stress-free party experience, JUMPnasium staff handles all clean-up. We want you and your guests to have a good time,
but please do not bring piñatas, silly string, thumbtacks, streamers, or confetti,
as an excessive mess or repair may result in extra charges. |
Do
you have Internet Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we have FREE Wi-Fi for your computer. |
What
ages can play at JUMPnasium?
JUMPnasium caters to children from 2 to 99. NO child or adult is allowed without a signed waiver. |
What
are your safety rules?
Our Inflatables are designed to get kids jumping & bouncing in a safe environment while not
sacrificing fun. The rules are simple. Do not go “against the tide” when navigating
through the obstacle course or other rides. No gum, hard or soft candies allowed
in eithor stadium. Absolutely no running, pushing or pulling. For the safety of your
children, Our safety rules are also displayed prominently in our lobby for your
convenience and safety. |
Does
JUMPnasium provide supervision?
Our staff members oversee the play area to ensure that children are obeying the
rules and jumping safely. We do require a parent or assigned guardian to be present
unless it is during an organized program designed for you to leave your children
with us. |
Will
we have the facility to ourselves during our party and do you allow walk ins?
JUMPnasium is a PRIVATE 13,000 sq ft facility with 2 seperate arenas. You will have access to your own PRIVATE party room after your jump time is over. We do NOT allow walk-ins while having PRIVATE parties. Walk-ins are welcome during designated Open
Jumps (Please visit our home page to see our list of up coming Open Jumps). |
How
do I know your facility is clean?
We have strict guidelines for our employees to follow each and every night for
cleaning before we close. There are hand sanitizers located in each party room,
check-in area and each bathroom. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, germ-free
facility. Every child's hands are sanitized on the way in and out of the arenas. |
Are
the inflatables safe for babies?
NO. Babies under 2 years old should not be on the inflatable’s.
Please note that all toddlers need to be “walkers” to enjoy the inflatables. |
