Weekend Desk Manager (Immediate Opening)

We are looking for an outgoing mature individual to help with booking parties over the phone as well as giving tours in person then booking the customer's party.

This person needs to be:

• MUST have Management experience and Great people skills
• Detail Oriented
• Dependable and Punctual
• MUST be available on Weekends as well as weekdays
• Great understanding of computers and email (Microsoft Outlook)

Responsibilities to include:

• Giving tours and booking parties
• Answering phone and emails for questions that customers might have
• Opening and or Closing business for the day
• Opening/closing of cash draw
• Making sure all scheduled employees show up on time
• Completing all Open/Close out managerial forms
• Preparing all food orders for vendors for upcoming parties
• Preparing customer’s job jackets for upcoming parties

 

Great Pay!

Must have reliable transportation.

Good references required.

We are one on NJ's largest indoor inflatable children party centers and you must like to deal with parents and their children. We are looking at opening other locations. We are looking for an outgoing mature FUN individual to help with kids parties during the week. Weekend work is also availabale if you can work the weekdays.

This person needs to be:

• Fun and Outgoing!
• Dependable and Punctual
• MUST be available on WEEKDAYS
• Must like to work with kids!
